We are passionate about imagery that inspires, and in 2019 we were delighted to begin a multi-year relationship with Burness Paull as our Official Photography Partner.

The partnership was built around the concept of ‘human and high performing, with Burness Paull given access to a selection of images and content from Scottish Ballet’s colourful archive of photography to use in upcoming brand campaigns.

Alongside this, the partnership delivered a series of collaborative projects and events that showcased the agility of both organisations. These included an exclusive event at award-winning contemporary art venue Jupiter Artland, the creation of a new brand imagery campaign featuring a dancer’s shoe bag for performance preparation, and VIP tickets and hospitality at our world premieres of The Crucible and The Snow Queen during our 50th anniversary year in 2019.

To complement the digital aspects of the partnership, in 2020 Burness Paull were able to share online a full performance of The Fairy’s Kiss with their global network, choreographed by Sir Kenneth Macmillan and premiered in 2017.

We continue to innovate and collaborate with Burness Paull through a series of imaginative digital engagement projects which have delighted Scottish, UK and international clients of the firm.

‘By partnering with Scottish Ballet we have access to stunning images that not only match our aspirational culture as a firm but allow us to really differentiate ourselves in a crowded and often reserved market… It’s a great example of a partnership between two organisations that always strive to deliver high-performance’
