Where were you born?
Quimper, France.

Where did you train?
Paris Opera Ballet School from 2004 - 2009, before joining Hamburg Ballet in 2010 dancing roles in The Lady of the Camellias, Mahlers 3rd Symphony, A Midsummer Night's Dream, Nijinsky, Death in Venice, Liliom, The Little Mermaid, Purgatorio, Saint Matthews Passion, La Sacre du Printemps and Renku.

When did you join Scottish Ballet?
I joined Scottish Ballet in 2013 and was promoted to First Artist in 2014.

Why did you become a dancer?
When I was young I did gymnastics, but when my family moved back to France we couldn't find any gymnastic courses. Playing the clarinet at the Conservatoire I was told there was a dance course I could apply for - so that's what I did!

Since then I enjoyed ballet more and more until the point that this was not enough anymore, and started going to national competitions so that I could go on stage. We automatically tried to find a system for me that could combine school and ballet. I got accepted at Paris Opera Ballet School and from that moment I have always wanted to be a ballet dancer.

Choreographic Work
I have presented my own independent choreographic work at the Cottier Dance Project 2015 and Edinburgh Festival Fringe 2015. You can find out more about it on my website!
