We're excited to be announcing a new 6-week block of Elevate© and Time to Dance classes on Zoom.

These interactive, live classes are especially designed for people living with MS and dementia, and can be enjoyed alone or with a family member, companion or carer.

Each session will be delivered by SB Health artists and accompanied by live music, offering you a variety of ways to connect with Scottish Ballet repertoire.

On sale: 23 October with classes starting on 9 November for six weeks.

Scottish Ballet has been developing its dance health & wellbeing programme since 2015, including the national Dance for Parkinson’s Scotland (DPS) project and a dementia friendly dance project ‘Time to Dance’. Our experienced dance education professionals are specialists in dance health and we now have a full time Dance Health Co-ordinator in post – a progressive first for ballet companies in the UK.

Our research methods and reports are becoming increasingly significant with requests to present findings at international events and conferences.
