Join Hansel & Gretel as they follow a bewitching ballerina to an enchanting gingerbread house, conjure up dancing sweet treats and meet toys that come to life.

This specially adapted show is the perfect way for young families to discover the magic of ballet.

Dancers from Scottish Ballet will feature in this family favourite alongside talented students from the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland. The performance is set to the music of Engelbert Humperdinck, recorded live by the Scottish Ballet Orchestra

Recommended for wee ones aged 3 - 8.

Babes in Arms Policy: Children under 18 months may attend free of charge and must sit on the lap of their guardian. Each child under 18 months requires a complimentary ticket. Once they have arrived and settled in their seat, audiences can take a few minutes to relax and read through a free fun pack with information about the show and introductions to the characters.


Throughout the performance, the auditorium lighting will remain on and the content of the production is modified to reduce unexpected loud noises and strong lighting effects.

You can expect a welcoming and relaxed attitude to noise and movement from the audience.

The performance lasts approximately 50 minutes.
