This class will go over the fundamentals of ballet before developing and building on technique and exercises.
Please wear comfortable clothing (not too loose) and soft ballet shoes. We also recommend bringing a bottle of water to stay hydrated throughout the class.
We require you to make us aware of any health issues that may impact on your participation via a short form when you sign up for the class. If you are pregnant, have an injury or an existing medical condition we would recommend that you seek professional advice before booking and attending a class.
