We're collaborating with NHS Scotland to create a fortnightly package of movement exercises for on-duty staff within the NHS and Social Care system.
These movement and breath sessions have been designed to address physical and mental wellbeing, and help alleviate some of the impacts from working over long periods.
A package of three video sessions will be distributed each fortnight:
Energise – to warm the body at the start of a shift
Rejuvenate – to promote physical and mental balance during breaks
Relax – to release tension and ease stress at the end of a shift
Designed for individual participants or small groups, the sessions are available via our YouTube channel to enable easy access for those working across services.
In addition, we're offering a stand-alone 20-minute session for NHS and care staff experiencing trauma. These 'Restore' sessions have been developed from SB Engagement Team's expertise of working with the care and prison systems.
