2019 is our 50th anniversary and we are championing some of the people who help make Scottish Ballet a great place to work. Each week we will introduce you to a different career at Scottish Ballet and the person behind it.

Christopher Hampson joined Scottish Ballet as Artistic Director in 2012 and was appointed Artistic Director / Chief Executive of Scottish Ballet in 2015. He trained at the Royal Ballet Schools before joining English National Ballet, where he danced until 1999.

We spoke to Chris about what makes him proud every day, and the importance of sharing knowledge and empowering people.

What's your 'get up and go' song?
