His Royal Highness, The Duke of Rothesay, has been Patron of Scottish Ballet since 2009.

The Company was delighted to receive a visit from The Duke and Duchess of Rothesay in 2014, during which their Royal Highness attended rehearsals in preparation for the Commonwealth Opening Ceremony taking place that evening.

‘We had an informal visit from our royal patron in the summer. His Royal Highness Prince Charles and his wife Camilla came and spent an hour or so with us and the Regenerate ladies got to perform for them. Because of protocol we couldn’t say who our special guest was beforehand, So when they looked up and saw who it was, the look on their faces was amazing!’
