FULL-TIME POSITION 

SALARY: COMMENSURATE WITH EXPERIENCE

Scottish Ballet is seeking to appoint a full-time Rehearsal Assistant to join the company’s Artistic team.  

Reporting to the Rehearsal Director you will coach, support and lead our dancers to develop their skills in order to deliver Scottish Ballet productions.  

You will have instinctive leadership qualities, be naturally creative towards problem solving with a collegiate approach to working with teams and have experience, or identified potential, for leading groups of dancers within a rehearsal environment.
 
A proven international track record with a minimum of five years performance experience, having had work created on you and being able to support dancers on the studio to performance journey.    

You will be part of the Artistic team, working closely with the CEO/Artistic Director and other departments to ensure high quality output, safe practice and fluid communication.
