FULL-TIME, PERMANENT CONTRACT
SALARY: £25,000 - £27,500
Scottish Ballet is seeking an exceptional communicator to manage and develop marketing campaigns in our 50th anniversary year and beyond. You will have the opportunity to lead and influence how we drive sales and attendance and reach new audiences. You will work closely with the Engagement, Artistic and Advancement teams as well as our venues, media agencies and partners.
ABOUT SCOTTISH BALLET
In 2019 Scotland’s national dance company will celebrate 50 years of inspiring audiences on stage and beyond, with a creative vision crafted by Scotland. Based in Glasgow, Scottish Ballet tours nationally, throughout the UK and internationally. Scottish Ballet’s broad repertoire includes new versions of the classics and ground breaking commissions, as well as an innovative digital season every two years and an extensive engagement programme tailored to the needs of diverse communities.
You will be a natural negotiator and relationship builder who is highly organised, proactive and creative and someone who will relish working in a dynamic, innovative arts environment.
A proven track record of managing campaigns, budgets and reporting on results is essential, as is the ability to be a flexible and supportive team player.
