Scottish Ballet is an award-winning Company that has built its reputation on a strong commissioning and ambitious touring programme. It will celebrate its 50th anniversary in 2019. The Company tours annually to major theatres across Scotland and the UK, including Sadler’s Wells, and internationally throughout Europe, Asia and North America. The Role

Scottish Ballet is seeking a talented, highly motivated professional to lead HR and implement a company-wide wellbeing programme.

The Head of People & Wellbeing is a member of the Leadership Team; providing strategic direction on all aspects of HR (inc. compliance and function), developing strategy to ensure wellbeing priorities and outcomes are met, and advising the executive and Board on people management and policy.
