FULL-TIME, PERMANENT CONTRACT
SALARY: £22,800 - £25,500 (DEPENDENT ON EXPERIENCE)
Scottish Ballet is seeking an exceptional communicator and analytical thinker to manage and develop the company’s digital channels.
You will have the opportunity to lead and influence our approach to CRM and social media, building personalised journeys and creating content to engage new and existing audiences and drive income across ticket sales, memberships, donations, merchandise and classes. You will work closely with the Engagement, Artistic and Advancement teams as well as our audiences, partners and the media.
You will be a self-starter and relationship builder who is highly organised, analytical and creative and someone who will relish working in a dynamic, innovative arts environment.
A proven track record of developing and managing audience/donor relationships through CRM systems, social media and other digital platforms is essential, as is the ability to be a flexible and supportive team player.

In 2019 Scotland’s national dance company is celebrating 50 years of inspiring audiences on stage and beyond, with a creative vision crafted by Scotland. Based in Glasgow, Scottish Ballet tours nationally, throughout the UK and internationally. Scottish Ballet’s broad repertoire includes new versions of the classics and ground-breaking commissions, as well as an innovative digital season every two years and an extensive engagement programme tailored to the needs of diverse communities.
