As well as the dancers, Scottish Ballet employs over 30 people working behind the scenes and at the company's base at West Princes Street in Glasgow, some of which also go on tour with the Company. These departments are Administration, Finance, Fundraising & Sponsorship, Marketing & Press, Music, Education, Stage Management, Technical, and Wardrobe.
