Scottish Ballet is currently riding high, achieving both critical acclaim and commercial success for its confident, artistically strong programming, which integrates classical and modern dance; the vision of its founder, Peter Darrell.  With innovative design and new music, Scottish Ballet has developed an award-winning formula that has proved to be a hit with critics, peers and audiences alike.  The Company has won the TMA Award for Outstanding Achievement in Dance, and garnered the Critics' Circle National Dance Award nominations.  Artistic Director Ashley Page was awarded an OBE in the recent Birthday Honours List. As a result of these accolades and critcal press and audience acclaim, we are now firmly established as a major cultural force in the UK and internationally.

 

There are four different levels to the Friends scheme: Corps de Ballet (£25), Corphyee (£50), Soloist (£100) and Principle (£250), not forgetting our Young Friends for up to 16 year olds (£10).
