Gregory Dean (2008)
Set to a hypnotic score, this work shows the developing choreographic craft of our dancers. Choreography is the lifeblood of any dance company, and this piece, created by former Scottish Ballet dancer Gregory Dean, shines with its developed personal movement language and clear structural devices. It was also partially inspired by Greg’s observation of two of our young and gifted dancers, their physicality and elegant movement quality attracting his eye and feeding his creativity.
