| Task 3: Pina and Lucinda (ages 3-5) |
|
Dressing up is lots of fun, and when the ballet dancers go on stage, they get to dress up as the character they pretend to be in the dance. Pina and Lucinda are mutants: that means they are half person and half creature. Lucinda is half-bat and the Pina is half-pig. The dark colours and ugliness of their costumes show us that they are not very nice characters.
Draw a mutant 1. Draw a picture of your own mutant on the sheet provided: 2. What kind of movements and noises does your mutant make? 3. Can you think of a describing word for your mutant?
What to look out for in the performance:Can you spot the differences between Pina and Lucinda?
