Senior Associates

Summary

Classes are held weekly on a Saturday morning at Scottish Ballet. As the culmination of the Associate Programme, Senior Associates continue their classical ballet training with additional classes in contemporary dance, repertoire and gyrokinesis. Preparation for auditions for full-time vocational training is also provided to ensure students are ready to take the next step to a professional dance career.

Students are encouraged to fulfill their own potential and their progress is continuously monitored.

Entry Criteria

Students entering S3, S4 or S5 in September 2013 are eligible to apply. Entry is by annual audition only. Students should be of approximately Intermediate standard and all students must re-audition annually in order to continue with the programme.
