For adults aged 50 plus who have an interest in all forms of dance and enjoy working as a group. Regenerate exercises the mind and body through dance and develop pieces for performance at informal events, and explores participants' imaginative and creative skills.

It is important that participantsare able to attend each week during term time as the work builds over the term towards performance pieces and sharings.
