This new workshop for adults will begin with a warm-up and a chance to learn simple movements inspired by Scottish Ballet’s repertoire. Participants will then be led through a series of group and individual creative tasks in a relaxed and open session.

This class will allow participants to work at their own level. No previous experience is necessary.
