Vacancy: Development Officer

Scotland’s award-winning national dance company is currently seeking a

DEVELOPMENT OFFICER

(52-week, fixed term contract)

SALARY: £23,000 per annum (more may be available for an exceptional candidate)

 

Working as part of the Fundraising & Development team, your commitment, enthusiasm and creativity will match that of the Company.  With a minimum of two years’ experience in a fundraising role, ideally in the cultural sector, the Development Officer will reach and increase targets for revenue generation from the public, trust and private sectors, and from local, national and international sources.  The successful candidate will also be responsible for generating at least significant income through a range of funding streams, including individuals, corporates, trusts and foundations.  Applicants will possess strong IT skills, including Windows-based packages, Outlook and Excel, and will have proven experience of fundraising database administration or a CRM system.
